Our memberships are designed for people who would like to receive regular body, wellness and pamper treatments and benefit from monthly savings.
Yes you can, we have a choice of either a free phone, video or face to face consultation to be able to discuss your needs.
Go into the fresha booking link and select the membership you want in the ‘membership package’ service section.
Once you have paid for your membership, it will be added to your profile and the monthly plan will be set up with the card you have saved on your fresha profile.
If you are having trouble setting up your membership, you can also get in touch via Whatsapp message and we can help set this up for you.

Our memberships are monthly rolling contracts which means you can cancel your membership anytime after your first month.
Yes, as our memberships are a monthly rolling contract, you can come back and sign up again at anytime.

Please send a Whatsapp message with the full name of the person you have referred. Once they have signed up for a membership it will then be deducted from your next months payment. You have a maximum of 2 referrals a month.
No, you will have to use all of your treatments in your membership package within the same month, each month will be renewed.
Once the membership has been added to your profile, you will receive your discount code in your confirmed sale invoice via email.
If you have the Platinum Membership and you have been signed up for 2 months, you will receive your spa voucher via email. You are entitled to your spa access every 2 months as long as you stay in your membership.
If you have the Gold Membership and you have been signed up for 3 months, you will receive your spa voucher via email. You are entitled to your spa access every 3 months as long as you stay in your membership.
