You can absolutely still have your treatment, but it’s about how comfortable you feel. Always feel free to ask us for advice as we can adapt your treatment slightly to suit your needs. This is your time, so it’s important that you feel safe, comfortable and happy.
Depending on how far along you are and which treatment you are looking to book will determine whether you are able to have a treatment. We do have specific treatments that would be suitable for you if you are pregnant so please pay attention to these when browsing treatments.
We recommend loose clothing for your comfort. However, some of our treatments require you to remove your clothes beforehand, so you may wear whatever you like in this case.
Only one client is allowed at one time in the treatment room. If you have to bring an additional person, please let us know beforehand.
If you do not let us know beforehand, your plus one will not be allowed entry.

Please note that you have 2 months to book in the treatment that you have paid for & to complete your treatment. After the 2 months has expired, you will then have to book & pay for your treatment again (this applies to single treatments only).
If your appointment is booked within the same week, 100% payment must be made immediately to confirm your booking slot.
If your appointment is booked in advance of 2 weeks or more, a 25% deposit can be made to secure a booking slot and the balance to be paid 2 days before your appointment date to confirm your booking slot.
There is a strict 15 minute late policy. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
If you will be more than 15 minutes late, please let us know ahead of time.
Please avoid cancelling within 12 hours of your appointment. It will incur a 50% deduction from your treatment booking.
Please avoid cancelling within 6 hours of your appointment. It will incur a 100% deduction from your treatment booking.
You will lose your appointment and will need to book in and pay for another treatment.
If you have more than 1 ‘no show’ on your profile, you will be charged a No Show Fee of £25 on your 2nd ‘No Show’ before being able to book in a new appointment, whether it is a single appointment or from a course of sessions.
We do not offer refunds, if you no longer wish to do the treatment you have booked & paid for, you have the option to change it to another treatment that we provide of equal or greater value & pay the balance if there is a difference in price.
Courses of treatment packages & giftcards are non refundable and can not be redeemed or transferred against other treatments, services or products.

You are satisfied with the explanation and information given regarding your treatment. You agree to your photos being taken and used for insurance, advertising and promotional purposes. You understand it is your right and responsibility to ask further questions if you find anything unclear. You agree to answer the questions in your consultation form honestly and truthfully. You understand the treatment outcome and experience with procedures differs from client to client and there is no guarantee to your outcome. You hear by indemnity & hold harmless, the treating therapist & clinic where the procedure was done from any liability damages, costs & expenses arising from or out of treatment.
